Was Jesus raised from the dead or resurrected?

After the resurrection Jesus met with the disciples and followers but also

We will show the differance between someone raised from the dead and someone resurrected.

After the resurrection, and many people including the disciples and followers had seen Jesus, the Jewish Council started rumours that the disciples had stolen the body or raised Jesus from the dead. We look at some of the people that Jesus raised from the dead like Lazarus. When Lazarus was called out of the tomb after 3 days he was still tied up in his burial garments and had to helped. When you are raised, although you are alive, you are not changed in any way and are still subject to all the laws of gravity etc.

When Jesus was resurrected His body was changed and He was not immediately recognisable.

Isaiah 52.14 New Living Translation
But many were amazed when they saw him. His face was so disfigured he seemed hardly human, and from his appearance, one would scarcely know he was a man.

He was whipped with 39 lashes that tore His back to shreds, He was so weak someone else had to carry His cross, He was punched many times, had a crown of thorns battered into His scalp and stuck on a cross with nails through His hands and feet.

If He was just raised from the dead He would not have been able to walk the 6 miles to Emmaus about 6 miles journey. He would not be able to walk through walls or tell the disciples where to fish and catch a boat load. He would not be able to vanish into the clouds and return to heaven.

As well as these miracles He was able to send the Holy Spirit to enable His followers with power to carry out the plans He had for them.

There is no doubt of the conclusion
